Section 1 - Terms of Use / Liability Release

1.1) When selecting your program on ApplyBoard, you are solely responsible for your decision, and InfoPlace Canada shall not be held liable for any outcomes resulting from your choice.

1.2) The responsibility for the payment of application fees, tuition fees, program registration, and any tuition refund requests rests with you.

1.3) InfoPlace Canada does not act as an intermediary between you and the educational institution.

1.4) Utilizing this service in no way establishes a retainer agreement for study permit applications or any other services with InfoPlace Canada.

1.5) By using this service, you are subject to the terms and conditions of ApplyBoard.

 

Section 2 - Disclaimer

2.1) If you gain admission through this service route, you are under no obligation to use InfoPlace Canada for your study permit application.

2.2) InfoPlace Canada does not charge any professional service fee for the admission service. However, ApplyBoard may provide commission to InfoPlace Canada for student recruitment, subject to certain conditions.

2.3) Any commissions paid by ApplyBoard to InfoPlace Canada are the property of InfoPlace Canada and are not shared with the student or any other party.
